1. Turn your phone on.
2. Type in this code: 25228353.
3. Your phone will now restart.
Instruction #2
1. Turn your phone off.
2. Press and hold # button + Power button.
3. Your phone will now restart.
4. Now confirm Factory reset by pressing Left Softkey.
