Hard Reset for Alcatel OT-905
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel OT-905.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel OT-905 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. Turn your phone on.
2. Open phone's dialer and type in this code: 25228353.
3. Confirm.
4. Your phone will now restart.
Instruction #2
1. Switch your phone off.
2. Next, press and hold the Volume up key and the Power Key at the same time until the bootload interface pops up.
3. Afterwards, press Home. Select “Wipe Data/Factory Reset” using the Volume rocker.
4. Confirm the operation by pressing Menu key.
5. Now select “reboot system now”. Again, confirm with Menu key.
6. Voila, you're done.
