Hard Reset for Alcatel OT-E805

In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel OT-E805.

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel OT-E805 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

Instruction #1

1. Switch your device on.


2. Open phone's dialer and type in this code: 25228353.
3. The device should now restart. 

Instruction #2

1. Make sure your phone is off.
2. Press and hold # + Power button.


3. Your device will now reset
4. Press Left Softkey to confirm the hard reset.
