Hard Reset for BLU Hero
In order to hard reset a BLU Hero, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
BLU Hero device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on your phone.
2. Now is the time for a bit of a journey. Go to Menu > Settings > Privacy > Factory Data Reset > Reset phone.
3. A bunch of windows will open, confirm everything. Your phone will reboot and restart. Done.
