How to put your Amazon Fire HD 8 into Recovery Mode
1. First of all, power down the phone. To do that, press and hold Power button.
2. Is the phone on? Then press & hold Volume Up and Power for a few moments.
3. Device should now enter Recovery Mode.
4. Here, use Volume keys to navigate and Power key to select.
5. To leave choose "reboot system now" option.
