Instruction #1
1. Take the battery out.
2. Wait a few seconds.
3. Put it back in. Done.
Instruction #2
1. Press the Power button to turn the phone on.
2. Now press and hold Volume Down + Power button for a short while.
3. Your device should now vibrate and reboot. If it does not vibrate, never mind - soft reset is complete anyway.
